Fusgement is a company specialising in project management, engineering and technical consulting, created by Alberto Trujillo.
We work as a strategic partner for organisations that need to deliver complex projects with greater efficiency, control and reliability.
Alberto Trujillo Sanz
Founder and CEO
PMP and chartered electrical engineer with experience in leading and managing engineering projects, from simple technical initiatives to complex projects with multiple stakeholders and budgets exceeding €1 million.
Specialised in ensuring on-time project delivery, coordinating technical teams of more than 20 people and managing several initiatives simultaneously. He has worked in industrial, energy and consulting environments, contributing to projects for leading clients such as Iberdrola, Schneider Electric, Naturgy, Google, McDonald’s and Technip Energies.
He has experience in projects linked to electrical substations, protection systems, energy storage and UPS solutions, bringing solid technical insight to the development and monitoring of each project phase.
His approach combines technical knowledge and project management, adapting the methodology to each client and situation to get the best results.
